📦 When will my order arrive?
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Since we currently deliver only within Poland, most parcels arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.

🚚 Where do you deliver?
At this time, Shopxys ships exclusively within Poland. International shipping is not yet available, but we may expand our delivery areas in the future.

🔍 How can I track my order?
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number and link by email. You can use this link at any time to view real-time updates from the courier.

💳 Which payment methods do you accept?
We support secure and commonly used payment options in Poland, including:

  • BLIK

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • All payments are processed through encrypted systems to keep your information safe.

⏳ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
Although we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier-related issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@shopxys.com or call +44 7857 491614 with your order number.

🔁 Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning the item so we can assist you.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please email info@shopxys.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as quickly as possible.

🧂 Are your kitchen organizers easy to install?
Yes. Most of our spice racks and kitchen organizers are designed for easy installation and everyday use. Some products may require simple mounting, while others are ready to use out of the box. Installation details are always listed on the product page.

🧼 How do I clean and maintain the organizers?
Our organizers are made from durable, easy-to-clean materials. In most cases, wiping with a damp cloth is sufficient. Please refer to the product description for specific care instructions.
